Meet Natalie
Hi! I’m Natalie and welcome to my healthy kitchen. I am a certified Healthy Hands Cooking instructor and owner of Flavored Fork, LLC a mobile healthy cooking instruction business through which I offer a variety of healthy cooking classes for children and adults. I also offer specialty classes for those with chronic illnesses such as diabetes through my Deliciously DiabeticTM culinary series or individual classes.
In addition, through the Healthy for Life ® 20 By 20 programs sponsored by the American Heart Association, I am able to provide more heart-healthy cooking classes and demonstrations to the community. Lastly, I am a graduate of the CHEF Culinary Coaching program by the Institute for Lifestyle Medicine which allows me to offer culinary coaching sessions that focus on how home cooking can aid in improved lifestyle changes. Through any of my cooking series, individual classes and cooking demonstrations, you will:
